Chanting & Yoga Meditation

The sounds in mantras are natural simple and harmonic, and they are within you already. In this class we’ll help you find them and show you how you can use them to soothe your nervous system, to focus and calm your mind, and to connect with your best self.⁠
⁠Within every Chanting & Yoga Meditation class we practice the Sanskrit alphabet first to familiarise with the most common sanskrit sounds before we put them together to form mantra.⁠⁠
We then use our mantra to meditate.⁠
This class is suitable for anyone willing to make a sound like OM. Great for people who find meditation difficult or for adventurers who simply seek to deepen their yoga and meditation understanding and practice.⁠
