Our 5 week Beginners Yoga Course is a series of interactive workshops designed to introduce you to a safe and beneficial yoga practice. Join a maximum of 9 other students and work your way through a structured introduction to yoga which will leave you feeling confident and ready to join in with regular group yoga classes.

Kundalini Yoga for the Nervous System

Join Lisa to immerse in the technology of Kundalini yoga, with special emphasis to practice for the Nervous System. Moving through pranayama, kriya and meditation, you will leave feeling energised yet also very relaxed. What a wonderful way to begin the silly season.
