5 Week Beginners Yoga Course
5 group classes Saturdays 10:30 - 11:30am

Join a maximum of 10 other brand new students and work your way through a structured introduction to yoga which will leave you feeling confident and ready to join in with group yoga classes. Explore postures, and breathing, ask questions, understand the what’s and why’s of a yoga practice that includes movement, breathing and meditation to uplift sprits and bring a sense of ease to life.

Move & Meditate with Tes combines a powerful work-out with the most relaxing, spirit-reviving meditation. Tes's classes have helped me to make not only physical changed, but also mental and spiritual alignment.

The classes are nice and small and its a great way to learn all the yoga movements and breathing techniques with other beginners. All the instructors are incredibly helpful and supportive and will cater to individual needs.
This class is a great positive way to start the week. Its like hitting refresh and you’re now physically and mentally ready to have a great week. Not to mention it’s also a good workout. Tes is very friendly and professional and makes me feel welcome 🙂
I used to have to go regularly to the physio and I haven’t had to go since starting Yoga 2 years ago! Here I relax and stop! I have found fitness, stretching and balance (in many ways), friendship and a genuine caring teacher
